The house has bed space for up to 12 people, saltwater pool, barbeque area, lounge area, indoor dining area for 12 people, outdoor dining area for 12 people, large lawn, gym equipment, one baby crib and potty, a vegetable field that guest can take from and lots of herbs that also quest can use.
The house is a newly built farm (build in 2012). It is situated in a typical agricultural area with many other farms in the neighbourhood who mainly grow vegetables or fruits. The house has 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom for each room (ensuite). The bathroom in connection with the master bedroom has a bathtub and separate “spa” shower. The two other ensuite bedrooms have a shower. All these 3 bathrooms have heated floors. There is also a separate guest toilet. There are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places in total. There is a bunk bed in the office with space for 3 people. This bedroom is connected to the living room. In addition, the house has a bed that is connected to one of the ensuite bedrooms. The one ensuite is therefore ideal for a couple with 2-3 children. The parents can have one room and have their children directly connected to their room and bathroom.
The pool outside the house is saltwater, and there is also a shower outside by the pool that you can cool off in or rinse your self for saltwater after swimming. There are several sunbeds outside. There is also a large lawn perfect for kids to play. There is a large field of organic pomegranate trees on the property (7,000m2). There are also fruit trees such as lemon, pear and orange. There is also herbs such as rosemary, basil, chives, cilantro, thyme, and oregano. There are also strawberries, grapes, tomatoes, and peppers on the property. The house has a barbecue with dining for 12 people outside. The barbecue is intended for coal. The house has a dish washer and washer in the laundry room.
It takes about 10min to Santa Pola. Here you will find many beautiful beaches, shops, fish markets and markets. There is a gas station 3min away where they have some merchandise. It takes about 5min to the nearest grocery store in the village of Las Bayas. In Las Bayas you find a pharmacy, butcher and many other small shops. It takes about 12min to a mall or larger grocery stores. These time estimates are by car. You can cycle to the local village of Las Bayas in about 15min.
Nearest town Elche is on UNESCO’s World Heritage List because of the palm trees. Elche has more than 2,000 different palm species. From the house, there is also only 5min drive to Rio Safari Elche which is a zoo. The zoo has a sea lion show and parrot show. You can also swim with the sea lions there. 10min from the house is also the Restaurant La Finca. La Finca has 2 Michelin stars and has wonderful and exciting food. There are several restaurants in Santa Pola. It also boasts more snack foods such as McDonald’s and Chinese food.
The house has air conditioning, but also fans in all sleeping areas. Multiple windows of the house open for ventilation and there are mosquito nets on them. The property also has a garage where any car can be safe and cool.
There is wireless internet on the property that can be used both indoor and outdoor. There is also a TV with many foreign channels, mostly Scandinavian and English channels.
There is exercise equipment in the house. There is a training bench, rowing machine, and free weights. There are both small and larger rods for the free weights.

La casa tiene espacio para camas para hasta 12 personas, piscina de agua salada, área de barbacoa, área de descanso, área de comedor interior para 12 personas, área de comedor al aire libre para 12 personas, área de césped grande, equipo de gimnasio, una cuna y orinal, un campo de vegetales que los huéspedes pueden tomar y muchas hierbas que también pueden usar.
La casa es una finca de nueva construcción (construida en 2012). Está situado en un área agrícola típica con muchas otras granjas en el vecindario que cultivan principalmente verduras o frutas. La casa tiene 5 habitaciones. 3 habitaciones tienen un baño privado para cada habitación (baño). El cuarto de baño en relación con el dormitorio principal tiene una bañera y una ducha de “spa” separada. Los otros dos dormitorios con baño tienen una ducha. Todos estos 3 baños tienen calefacción por suelo radiante. También hay un aseo de invitados. Hay dos habitaciones con 6 plazas para dormir en total. Huset har sengeplass til 12 personer, saltvannsbasseng, grillområde, salongområde, innendørs spiseplass for 12 personer, utendørs spiseplass for 12 personer, stor plen, treningsutstyr, en barneseng og potte, en grønnsaks åker som gjester kan ta fra og mange urter som også gjester kan ta fra.
Huset er en nybygd gård (bygd i 2012). Den ligger i et typisk landbruksområde med mange andre gårder i nabolaget som hovedsakelig dyrker grønnsaker eller frukt. Huset har 5 soverom. 3 soverom har eget bad for hvert rom (ensuite). Badet i tilknytning til hovedsoverommet har badekar og separat “spa” dusj. De to andre ensuite soverommene har dusj. Alle disse 3 badene har gulvvarme. Det er også et eget gjestetoalett. Det er to soverom med 6 soveplasser totalt. Det er en køyeseng på kontoret med plass til 3 personer. Dette soverommet er koblet til stuen. I tillegg har huset ett soverom som er koblet til et av de ensuite soverommene. Den ene ensuite er derfor ideell for et par med 2-3 barn. Foreldrene kan ha ett rom og ha sine barn direkte tilknyttet sitt rom og bad.
Bassenget utenfor huset er saltvann, og det er også en dusj ute ved bassenget som du kan kjøle deg ned i eller skylle deg selv etter saltvann etter bading. Det er flere solsenger utenfor.
